Social Lens Research helps organizations understand people’s everyday experiences. For more than ten years, our team has worked with people from many backgrounds, including communities research often misses. Our work helps organizations improve products, services, programs, and the way they communicate.
This policy explains what personal information Social Lens Research LLC collects and how we use, share, and keep it. It covers sociallensresearch.com, sociallenslibrary.io, the Library app at app.sociallenslibrary.io, Social Lens Growth Lab, and other sites, apps, studies, and services that link to this policy.
Our custom research helps organizations understand people’s experiences. The Social Lens Library brings together material people share with permission for research and other agreed uses. Growth Lab helps program participants reflect and plan through check-ins and AI-assisted summaries. It also helps program teams understand progress and needs.
Taking part in research is your choice. Your participant consent form explains how we may use what you share. AI licensing is a separate, optional choice. Visiting our sites, opening an account, or accepting cookies does not give that permission. Updating this policy does not expand permissions you already gave.
