Social Lens Research

Good research starts with the right questions.

We don't begin with a fixed method or a standard set of activities. We begin by understanding what you need to learn, who you need to hear from, and how the findings will be used.

Understand the challenge

We work with your team to define the research questions and decisions the study needs to support.

We also bring years of existing research.

The Social Lens Library gives us a body of ethnographic research to draw from when developing new studies. When appropriate and permitted, we use that existing context to inform research questions and identify areas that need further investigation.
